Yoga
Union of mind, body and soul...
There have been Western views of yoga as a solely physical exercise, for people who are fit and flexible, yet the ancient roots of yoga tell a different story…
Yoga itself is a form of meditation, as it encompasses a variety of practices that integrate movement, breathwork and mindfulness, making it a dynamic form of meditation in which we prepare the body for more focussed forms of inner reflection and sitting meditations.
Tantra Yoga weaves together various yogic and meditative practices to help you get as deep an understanding of yourself as possible. It involves being purposeful with your breath and awareness of your physical body, incorporating conscious breathing practices, pranayama, movement, postures, chanting, chakra awareness and meditation.
Tantra Yoga blends styles and elements of Kundalini, Hatha, Mantra, Bhakti, Ashtanga, Tantra Meditation and Yoga Nidra.
Better mind-body and breath awareness
Greater ease and range of movement
Reduced stress, anxiety, or depression
Improved quality of life
Better understanding of and love for oneself
Increased capacity for intimacy
There are many benefits of regular practice. Some of which are:
Through emphasizing the development of power that lies in the chakra system, Tantra Yoga can heal and balance the physical, emotional, vital, mental and spiritual bodies ~ all aspects of human beings. This eventually leads to supreme consciousness ~ the aim of human life.
Yoga is a pathway that ultimately leads one back to the self. A path of self discovery, which gradually and naturally brings out your dormant potential, while purifying your very existence.
The best way I can describe, it's like hugging your soul!
The best way to meditate is through meditation itself

Meditation
A journey to inner peace...
Meditation is an ancient practice rooted in mindfulness, a way to focus your mind, train attention and awareness to a mentally clear, emotionally calm and stable state of being. It is also part of a well rounded Yoga experience.
Meditation is not just sitting still and focussing the
mind however, there are many techniques in the realm of this practice, such as
active meditations, which offer a dynamic pathway to inner peace, inviting us
to engage both body and mind in the present moment’s embrace. Unlike
traditional seated practices, active meditations infuse movement, sound and or
breath, to guide us to a deeper state of awareness and connection.
There are many ways to meditate, for example:
Dynamic / Movement Meditations
Integrating movement, breath, senses and sometimes sound, as a path of self discovery, which can also encompass stress relief and emotional release techniques to harmonize body, mind, and spirit.
Mantra Meditation
Through sounds and frequencies, the mind drops into stillness and resonance with the universe.
Breath Meditation
The breath is a most powerful tool. Various techniques range from witnessing the ebb and flow of the breath, to guided breath and deep cleansing of thoughts, emotions and tensions
Loving-Kindness Meditation
With the focus on the heart, we’re guided to the love that radiates from within, embracing ourselves and all beings with warmth and understanding.
Visualization
Utilising the power of imagination, we journey through vivid landscapes of peace, healing, and empowerment that guide us towards our true essence. In Shamanic journeys we explore other realms.
Body Scan Meditation
A journey inward, through observation, awakening to sensations and acceptance of all that is, we find the path of peace.
